Wedding day Timeline

Wedding days are so busy and you want to make sure that everything is perfect… but what does a full wedding day look like? Although every wedding is unique and beautiful, there is an underlining timeline that makes them run smoothly.

Although every timeline is a bit different, here is a look at a well planned day from the photographer’s point of view

12:30 pm: Arrive Grooms prep location

01:30 pm: Leave Groom location - add additional time for travel!

02:00 pm: Arrive Brides location

03:00 pm: Leave the Brides prep location - add additional time for travel

03:30 pm: Photographer set up

04:00 pm: Ceremony

05:00 pm: Group photos

05:30 pm: Couple photos

06:30 pm: Bride and groom enter

07:00 pm: Speeches/ cake cutting

07:30 pm: Dinner

08:30 pm: First dance

08:45 pm: Party time!

Every timeline is different, but on average 8 - 9 hours covers the full day depending on travel time!
